Knowing your attachment style in love can prevent you from entering into relationships that don't suit you at the moment. 


You may have the uncomfortable feeling in relationships that your partner does not want to stay with you, or you may scare men away, or you might find it difficult to trust your partner fully.

All this has to do with your attachment style in love.


Finding out about your attachment style can also be the catalyst to set out to consciously change your attachment style.


The good news is that it's pretty simple to discover your attachment style in love.

Two psychologists from the University of Denver, Cindy Hazan and Phillip Shaver, developed a test which is based on the work of the English psychologist John Bowlby, the founder of the "attachment theory." Just watch the following video to take the test. It will take you less than 7 minutes.


To hugely improve your chances of thriving in relationships, you should dare to take the test and find out more about your attachment style in love.

But before you hit the «play button» and take the test, I'd like to give you one more thing to consider:


In the video, you learn that as many as 40 percent of the population has an attachment style in love that can be problematic. Had I done this test a few years ago, I would have clearly belonged to that 40 percent of the population. I want to assure you that you can find a thoroughly healthy attachment style in love, just as I did. This requires some inner work that you don't have to do overnight.
